(6)Contents of matters which would exceed the limits of designated use or designated operating limitations for any person who intends to obtain the permit under the proviso of Article 11 paragraph 1 which applies accordingly to Article 11 paragraph 3 of the Law or to Article 20-(2) paragraph 2 under the paragraph 3 of the same Article of the Law;
(7)Contents of maintenance, alteration or repair relating to the permit as for any person who intends to obtain the permit under the proviso of Article 11 paragraph 1 which applies accordingly to Article 16 paragraph 3, Article 19 paragraph 2 and Article 20-(5) paragraph 2 of the Law;
(8) Other referential matters.
(Type Certification)
Article 17. Any person who will make an application for a type certification under the provisions of Article 12 paragraph 1 of the Law shall submit an application for type certification (Form No. 9) in duplicate to the Minister of Transport.
2. Documents accompanying the application under the preceding paragraph and the time of submission shall be in compliance with the classification as listed in the following table:
